I bought this for my snorkel mask. I wear soft monthly contact lenses. I bought the -2 and it’s perfect. My eyesight prescription is a -2.75 and with this I have almost perfect vision, very slight blur at edge at a far distance, but it’s not pulling my eyes—I’m not going to be reading in my snorkel! The -3 is too strong for my eyes. I’m a BA student and this was an affordable option. I typically wear my lenses when snorkelling, but I’m never comfortable doing this. My optician advised me not to incase I get salt water in my eyes which harbours bacteria. Potentially sand too in the ocean. I’ve never had an eye infection due to good hygiene and keeping them dry when snorkelling but I always felt uneasy. Now I can wear my glasses to the beach and use this in my snorkel without worry about my eyes! I can chill and not worry! Thank you, dispatched and received promptly. Will use again and recommend!
